These characteristics reveal the roles as political actors of the President of the Chilean Teachers' Association, his board of directors, and the teachers, as well as their political ideology and their relationships with the government. The relationship between the speaker and the audience was linguistically and discursively developed through a polarization structure which emphasized the positive aspects of teachers and the negative aspects of government. |
